Neuroscience

Music engineered
for your brain.

Aloharmony is built on four decades of neuroscience research. Here's exactly how it works — from your ears to your brain state.

How it works

From sound wave to brain state

01

Sound enters the brain

Every sound you hear creates an electrical response in your auditory cortex. Your brain doesn't just process sound — it responds to it, shifting its own electrical activity to match patterns in the incoming audio. This phenomenon, called brainwave entrainment, is the scientific foundation of everything Aloharmony does.

02

Frequencies guide your brain state

Your brain produces five types of electrical waves: Delta (deep sleep), Theta (creativity), Alpha (calm focus), Beta (active thinking), and Gamma (peak cognition). By embedding specific frequencies into music — binaural beats, isochronic tones, and Solfeggio frequencies — Aloharmony guides your brain toward the exact state you need.

03

MGS makes it music, not medicine

Kike Santander's MGS (Music Generated Synchronization) method wraps therapeutic frequencies inside world-class compositions. The result is tracks that work clinically while sounding like music you'd genuinely love to listen to — not clinical tones or ambient noise.

04

Your brain changes. Measurably.

Peer-reviewed research documents measurable improvements in sleep onset, focus duration, anxiety reduction, and cognitive performance after sustained brainwave entrainment protocols. Aloharmony users consistently report the same outcomes — not because they believe it will work, but because the frequencies are doing work their brains can feel.

Frequency toolkit

Three types of therapeutic frequency

Headphones required

Binaural Beats

Two slightly different frequencies played in each ear. The brain perceives and synchronizes to the difference, guiding you toward a specific state.

Works with speakers

Isochronic Tones

Pulsed tones that repeat at precise intervals, creating a strong rhythmic stimulus for brainwave entrainment — effective even without headphones.

9 core frequencies

Solfeggio Frequencies

9 ancient tonal frequencies associated with specific healing properties — from reducing anxiety (396 Hz) to DNA repair (528 Hz) to deepening sleep (174 Hz).

Peer-reviewed evidence

The research behind the method

Aloharmony builds on published, peer-reviewed research into brainwave entrainment, auditory beat stimulation, and music-based interventions. These are the primary studies and meta-analyses that inform our approach — each links to the original publication.
